Fincaps operates solely in the capacity of a Mutual Fund Distributor.

• We facilitate investments in mutual fund schemes of various Asset Management Companies (AMCs).

• We do not provide portfolio management services or act as an investment advisor unless specifically registered for such services.

For any content (including videos, posts, blogs, or communications) related to specific mutual funds:

• The name of the mutual fund and its SEBI registration number will be disclosed at the beginning of such content.

• This will be followed by our registered name and ARN details.

This ensures that investors can clearly identify the source and regulatory status of the information being shared.

 

5. Investor Awareness

Investments in mutual funds are subject to market risks. Investors are advised to:

• Read all scheme-related documents carefully

• Understand the risk factors involved

• Seek professional advice where necessary
